Tammy Badeaux has been a trusted Mortgage Loan Originator serving Central Texas for over 30 years.  She specializes in first time homebuyer programs, FHA, USDA and VA Loans and is known for pushing the limits and looking outside the box.  She is very knowledgeable on program guidelines and has a “I can do it” attitude.  Her primary goal is customer service, making her buyer her top priority. She has a passion for helping others which extends out to her family, church and community as she does a lot of volunteer work within the New Braunfels area.  Tammy also likes cooking, crafting, going to the beach, hiking, swimming, kayaking, padding boarding and quality time with friends and family.
