She started her career in 1994 working with clients with less than perfect credit and income situations, then specializing in self-employed borrowers and diligently sought the best financing for them. Since Kim has the unique experience of both originating and processing loans, this gives her the ability to look at her loans with a dual perspective with anticipating the proper document upfront for clean approvals and quick closings. Kim offers Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, and VA loans, as well as first-time homebuyer down payment assistance programs.
